Check recent storm overflow discharges

We have installed monitors on all storm overflows in our region.

These monitors feed into our interactive map, which shows where they are and provides live information about when they operate. The discharge data is refreshed every 15 minutes.

It also shows rainfall levels and provides alerts about storm overflows impacted by high groundwater levels, which can cause discharges during dry weather.

Need extra support?

If you require additional support from us due to age, ill health, disability, mental health or a temporary change in your personal situation, sign up for Priority Services for free so that we can help.

Your water supply

If we need to turn your water supply off to carry out work we will let you know by your preferred contact method.

Your bill and other information

If you need extra support in the way we communicate with you we can send your bills or service information to a carer, family member or friend.

Reading your meter

We can help if you have trouble reading your meter. We usually take two meter readings a year to calculate your bills.

Visiting your home

You can set up a password and we’ll use it every time we visit you to help prevent identity fraud.
